DESCRIPTION:Les chalcogénures désignent les matériaux contenant les éléments S\, Se et Te. Ils jouent un rôle central dans la transition énergétique et les technologies frugales\, en visant à diversifier et réduire la consommation d’énergie tout en optimisant les performances. SUMMARY:SFN School on TOF spectroscopy
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce that pre-registation for the SFN School on TOF spectroscopy are open until October 16th.. The school will take place 7-10th of December 2026 at the Institut Laue-Langevin in Grenoble.\n\nThe objective of this school is to accompany the French neutron community towards the use of Time-of-flight spectrometers in spallation sources\, and especially in preparation for the use of the upcoming instruments suite at the ESS.  This school is addressed to participants (permanent and non-permanent) who are already familiar with neutron spectroscopy. To ensure a high pedagogical quality and interactions during tutorials and practicals\, attendance will be limited to 30 participants. Selection will be based on a short CV and brief statement of motivation. DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to announce the 2026 School on Neutron Diffraction Data Treatment using the FullProf Suite\, which will take place at the Institut Laue-Langevin (ILL) in Grenoble\, France\, from 14 to 18 December 2026. \nThis Edition will place a special emphasis on the analysis of magnetic structures\, alongside the treatment of both X-ray and neutron diffraction data.
